It was our Anniversary yesterday. We can't believe it has already been 3 years! Well last year we just moved here so we went out to dinner and went on top of the Eiffel tower on the strip. It was really nice and romantic. So this year we thought we would go away and stay somewhere. Since it was on Monday we decided to go to St. George for the weekend. We had a great time. We stayed in the Hilton in a really nice suite( thanks bro for getting us a really good deal.) I realized I have been to St. George many times, but I have never seen the temple besides off the freeway. The Temple is so white it is GORGEOUS!! We also went to the visitor center. It was really neat. We got to see Gods plan for his family, if you have never seen it you should, they have them at all the visitors center and it is so worth it! it was so good! We also learned a lot of the history of the temple. It was a marvelous experience!
Then we checked out the outlets! It was fun! Steven even enjoyed it. We then topped it off by going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. We were so excited when we saw it, there's not one in Las Vegas. It was so yummy! That was our trip! It was really good to get away for the weekend.On our actual Anniversary I decided to make Steven's favorite dinner. So we stayed home and enjoyed a home cook meal. I gave Steven some new Dvd's. He brought home some yellow daisies that are so pretty! He also gave me this beautiful Logan Temple plate. For my Birthday the first year we were dating he gave me one that was the Salt Lake Temple. Then when we moved here I got a Las Vegas one. So this year he gave me the Logan where we were married for time and all eternity!! I love it! He knows how much I love temples. In my room when we were dating I had a wall with all the temples that came out of a calender. So we will someday have all the temples in our house, that is what Steven says I don't think we can manage that one, but he is so cute!
Thanks Steven you are always so Romantic! I love you and thanks for 3 wonderful years. I can't wait for fifty+ more! You are the best!
